Seating

I got a new thing to sit on for my office:

Why do I want to sit on instead of a chair? First I don't like how sedentary I am during the work day, so this lets me me slightly more active during the day just due to the effort of keeping myself balanced. I know a couple other people that have them and they seem to like it, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is also a useful tool for stretching in my office when my back is sore. On that topic, my back seems like it was been doing better and bothering me less the last few weeks. I've been trying to figure out exactly what is best for it (lots of stretching, massage, ibuprofen) and what's not good (driving, hitting golf balls, sitting for extended periods of time). Also some things are not good in the short term but probably good in the long term. For example using ice cause the the muscles to stiffen up, but also prevents more inflammation.

Anyways, I now have seating for 5 people in my office, which is 2 more than I've ever needed at one time. I have named my office the Content Lounge, since I am working on Content right now.
